For bulk orders, we prefer 50% in advance and rest 50% payable when the goods get ready to be shipped into our official bank account. Bank reference and details can be had on request.

Company Policy
The price listed in FOB (free on board) mode carries the local transportation and handling costs, thus customer is likely to pay the freight and shipping costs at his end once the order is ready to be shipped. CIF (cost, insurance and freight) price list includes all of the costs up to destination port.
According to our company policy we are unable to ship the smaple(s) free of cost.
Normally an average size of order takes about 30 - 45 days to be finished. However, the exact date of delivery is advised at the time an order is confirmed.
In case of damage or defect the products during shipment will be replaced in next order excluding shipping cost but we are required the evidence of damaged or defective products for replacement.
Most convenient and efficient agents are used for air shipments. For a small order below than 70 Kg or for a buyer is advised to select courier services such as DHL/ UPS/ FedEx for speedy door to door services.
FOZA INTERNATIONAL reserves the rights to cancel an order or request for variation in price due to market fluctuation but once the order is confirmed, the price will not be changed.
